I have never sold a property and after my initial meeting with Clyde, I knew that I enlisted a realtor with integrity and someone with professional support throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond the duty of a realtor....always easy to contact, even in the early evenings to answer my questions, drive to property to check on small details for me. The world sure needs more people like him.....someone you can trust, knowledgeable about his field and great manners in his speaking styles. He was my advocate in the sale process and was also helpful to the buyer, even though she had her own agent. I highly recommend Clyde to anyone, whether buyer or seller.

A true professional! Our situation complicated and Clyde was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate in referring him to a friend or family member. We will definitely look to him in future home sales. Our house sold in seven days for our asking price.

This man has been the the most amazing realtor I've ever had had a pleasure to meet!!! When we changed direction or asked a seemling dumb question he just patiently walked though the answer never once getting sinpy or annoyed! This is the only realtor I'll ever use!

We used Mr. Prox as our real estate agent to sell our home as well as our agent to purchase a new home. We had never sold a house before, Clyde was extremely helpful in this process. He gave advice and tips on preparing our house for listing, such as things buyers will look for and items to fix that are required by law. He held multiple open houses which brought in a lot of perspective buyers. Clyde was respectful of our home and our reclusive lifestyle. We were emailed daily listings for houses geared towards our specifications and used the Coldwell Banker app. We were provided a lot of resources for research and home listings. The whole buying process went much more smoothly than we had expected. Clyde was available for all questions and concerns. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.
